Our Story

Rooted in tradition. Open to the world.

Meet the Founder

When I arrived in the UAE, especially in a global hub like Dubai, I noticed something: while the city was filled with international brands and fusion concepts, the depth and soul of regional identity still felt underrepresented.
During my pregnancy, that observation turned into a calling. I felt an urgent need to bring my idea to life, to transform it from a quiet thought into a bold, flavorful reality.
That’s how Kaab was born.
Kaab is more than a pastry. It's a tribute to heritage, but also a celebration of evolution. It’s about honoring where we come from, while embracing the influences, challenges, and experiences that shape who we are today.
Kaab is yesterday and today, in one bite.

Our Purpose

At Kaab, every detail reflects a belief: that culture is most powerful when it's shared with care. Through the flavors we craft, the idioms we honor, and the design we choose, we offer a piece of Moroccan heritage—genuine, warm, and full of meaning.
This is our way of bringing people closer: not through explanation, but through experience.

What We Stand For

A symbol of joy, a taste of home.

Authenticity

We stay rooted in real Moroccan stories and traditions.

Openness

We believe culture grows when shared, not preserved in silence

Connection

Food is our language for building bridges, not walls

The Moroccan Spirit

To understand Kaab is to understand Morocco itself: a place where homes open to strangers, where stories are passed with tea and pastry, where hospitality is a deep cultural reflex. We honor that spirit, welcoming everyone curious enough to know who we really are.
There is no home in Morocco that would not open its door to a stranger seeking to know its identity.
This is Kaab. A pastry, a philosophy, and an invitation to experience culture as it lives in today’s world.
